APOPSI Consulting Services, hereinafter referred to as “the Company”, as a leading IT, Consulting and Education Service Provider attaches great importance to the lawful processing, security and protection of your personal data, in whatever capacity you work or communicate with us (as, for example, as a candidate). or active Customers, Affiliates, Trainees, Suppliers, Employees, Individuals, Website Visitors, or third parties in general with our Organization).

4. What are the principles of collection and processing?

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you of the conditions for the collection, processing and transmission of your personal data that we may collect as Managers or Executors. Our Company and its trained Personnel apply the ten CPGs 2016/679 Processing Principles (legality, objectivity, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage time limitation, integrity, confidentiality and accountability).

Our Company collects your personal information with your consent and acceptance of the terms of use of each of our services, such as:

6. Minimize, save and delete your data

Our Company will always ask you for the minimum personal data required by law for the implementation of our Services and the best possible service to you. Our Company only retains your personal data for as long as required by the contractual terms of each service, in conjunction with the applicable Training / Consulting / IT bodies as well as the general telecommunications, tax and other laws and Regulations each processing purpose and then anonymises or destroys them.
